April Showers Pet Care

*WE REQUIRE UP TO DATE VACCINATIONS FOR ALL PETS*

• No call/No show -

- A no call/no show will result in a fee, 75% of the estimated Grooming appointment cost, added to your next service.

- For Boarding services, there will be a charge of 75% of the estimated stay. This must be paid prior to booking any additional boarding stay.

- There is a 3 strike rule implemented for no call/no shows for all services.

• Grooming Day Care - We understand our customers are busy. Please let us know ahead of time the estimated pick up window for your pet upon drop off.

- If your pet is not picked up at 1 hour after you are notified they are ready, you will be charged a day care fee when picking up.

- $10 for small dogs, $15 for large dogs. After hours fee, $25 for small dogs and $35 for large dogs, per hour.

- Daycare is also added for pets that need to be dropped off more than 15 minutes before their appointment time.

• Cancellation -

- If you must cancel or reschedule an appointment, please do so with at least 24 hours notice. Failing to do so will result in a fee of 50% of the estimated Grooming cost.

- For Boarding services, we require a minimum of 72 hours notice for cancellation, or a fee of 50% of the estimated stay will be charged. This must be paid before booking any additional boarding stay.

• Late Policy - If you are late 15 minutes or more for your appointment without notifying us, you are considered a no call/no show. Your appointment is canceled and you will get the fee.

All fee amounts are per pet

Emergency Care Policy - In the event of an emergency this establishment will provide necessary treatment for your pet at the owner's expense. All emergencies are taken to the nearest licensed Veterinarian available. This establishment is not responsible for your pet's prior/ current health conditions, or unknown illness/ injuries.

Injury -If you believe your pet incurred an injury while under our care, please notify us immediately. We must be notified within 7 days upon the pet being released from our care. We will assist in the veterinarian costs that are deemed as a result of any injury caused directly by April Showers Pet Care.
Illness- If your pet has been ill, please let us know as it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment. If a dog is showing visible signs of illness believed to possibly be contagious upon arrival, your appointment may be forfeit at our discretion.
